Garbage Reminder
| Garbage should be placed at the curb in the parkway area, but most not obstruct the common driveways. Garbage is not to be placed on the curb until after 6:00 PM on the eve of the pick-up day. All refuse containers should be retrieved by 7:00 PM of the pick-up day. All refuse containers are to remain inside the unit until designated time above. Items for recycling must be placed in the City approved recycling bin. Recycling information is available directly through the City of Naperville. Don't place your garbage out the night before a pick-up if a storm is approaching unless it is properly secured. If you will be out of town it is the unit owners' responsibility to have a neighbor put out/pick up their trash cans during these appropriate times. Remember that garbage days will vary during a week with a holiday; it is the unit owner/tenant's responsibility to abide by the change in schedule. There is no collection on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas. When collection falls on one of these holidays, collections are delayed one day for the remainder of the week. Residents whose regular collection occurs on Friday will have their solid waste and recycling picked up on Saturday. |
Pet Reminder
| Pets must be attended at all times. All pets must be on a leash outside the unit owner's property, controlled by the owner or other responsible person while outdoors on any Common or Limited Common area. No pet shall be allowed to create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance to other unit owners. Any pet violating this rule shall be cited and the unit owner will be fined. The owner of every animal shall be responsible for the immediate removal and sanitary disposition of any excreta deposit by a pet anywhere on the property. No unattended tethering of pets will be allowed. No unattended staking of pets on the property will be permitted. Pet owners will have 30 days to correct damage caused by their (owners, tenants or guests) pets upon written notification from the managing agent. Damage includes, but is not limited to sod/grass. At the Boards discretion, if violation is not corrected in this time frame, the repair work will be done and billed back to the offending unit owner. Notwithstanding the aforementioned rules of this Association, all pet owners shall comply with all rules and ordinances of the City of Naperville. |

Insurance Requirements
| Signature Club is a Townhome Association NOT a condominium association so be sure you have the proper insurance coverage. You must have a full homeowners policy that covers both the exterior and interior of the unit. A condominium policy or rental policy is WRONG. Please check with your agent to make sure you have full coverage on your unit. The Signature Club does not have any insurance coverage on the buildings! |
